1. About BAM

Big Adventure Map helps people discover outdoor activities and independent adventure companies. Unless a BAM page expressly says otherwise, BAM provides information and a route to the company website; it does not organise, operate or sell the activity.

2. Bookings and the adventure company

When you follow a link to a company website, your enquiry, booking, payment, cancellation and activity contract are with that company. Its prices, availability, suitability rules and terms apply. Contact the company directly about a booking placed with it.

3. Listings and accuracy

We work to keep listings useful and current, but activity details, availability, prices, weather decisions and business information can change. Check the company website and confirm important details before travelling or paying. A listing is not a guarantee or endorsement of a particular outcome.

4. Outdoor risk and personal responsibility

Adventure activities can involve inherent risks. Follow the provider's safety instructions, disclose relevant health or experience information, use suitable equipment and make an honest assessment of your ability. The provider decides whether an activity can proceed safely in the conditions.

5. Google Maps and third-party content

Google ratings, reviews and business details displayed by BAM are supplied by Google Maps and their respective authors, may change without notice, and are not verified or endorsed by BAM. Use of Google Maps content is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service .

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape it in a way that harms the service, impersonate another person or company, or submit unlawful content. BAM branding, site design and original content belong to BAM or its licensors. Company names, images and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and liability

We may update, suspend or remove site content to maintain security, accuracy or service quality. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BAM is not responsible for losses caused by a provider's activity, an external website, inaccurate third-party content, weather, travel disruption or use of the site outside its intended purpose.

8. Changes and contact
