Product Description
We will meet at Winchester Train Station. First, we will see the Westgate, the 12th Century gateway to Winchester. Then we will see The Great Hall and hear of the Legend of King Arthur.
Then we will walk the High Street, before arriving at the world-famous, Winchester Cathedral. Here will begin our discussion of the lady who left her mark on Winchester and the World-Jane Austen.
After we will walk the banks of the River Itchen which inspired the works of poet John Keats. And finally we will see the somber Jane Austen House.
