• In accordance with U.S. law, we remind you that for this activity, the consumption of alcohol is only permitted for participants who are at least 21 years old at the time of the activity.
• You must be at least 16 years old to ride a Jet Ski. You must be at least 6 years old to be a passenger on the Jet Ski. You must provide a 16+ Photo ID. ID is required to ride Jet Skis.
• A Boating License is required for anyone born after January 1, 1988 ( according to Florida state law). Information regarding this license will be sent to you upon booking.
