The Climbing Lab offer beginner and experienced climbing courses week in, week out at our state of the art indoor climbing wall located just off Kirkstall Road A65. We are more than just a bouldering wall, we also love to teach, run exciting bouldering competitions, inspire you and create an amazing community of like-minded climbers.
You don’t have to be a climbing expert to use our indoor wall, you don’t even need a rope, just a desire for adventure and to be a part of something amazing.

5 months agoBefore going I was a little nervous as I was a complete newbie to bouldering. But after getting there and being greeted by the amazing staff those nerves soon disappeared. Spent the first session getting inducted by a lovely member of staff called M who shared her own personal trips on climbing. 100% would recommended this to everyone who's looking into getting into climbing.

a week agoBrilliant climbing gym. I’ve been climbing here consistently for the past 7 months and I never get bored. Nice variety of boulder problems ranging from VB to V10+. Weekly resets means that there’s always something new, membership is definately worth the price. Coffee is good too, highly recommend

9 months agoIt's a great place for bouldering in Leeds. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are loads of climbing opportunities for every level, even for kids. And they had a good selection of snacks, too

a year agoThe best climbing facility you can find. I travel a lot and love climbing so I explored many spaces in the UK and abroad. These guys built something wonderful for the indoor climbing - lots of tracks for novice and experts that are regularly updated (sometimes I don’t manage to “win” the tracks before they are renewed), plus a compact GYM, plus a cafe with snacks and coffee, plus a co-working space. Brilliant.

a month agoGo elsewhere - I was bought a gift card to try bouldering, here you need an hours long induction only available on set dates and times, then you can’t use the gift voucher online when booking! Seems more hassle than it’s worth when there are other places in Leeds to try bouldering without the hour long induction and inflexible booking times! What a waste of a gift voucher!
