We are doing local tours & activities around Takayama city in Gifu prefecture. Also, there are more than 10 guides living here who support our tour, and they can speak French, Italian and Spanish as well as English. We will introduce not only the history and culture of this area, but also the fact that seven sake breweries are densely packed in this area and the exotic our life. In this Takayama City, thanks to the temperature difference in summer and the good water flowing out of the Northern Alps, very good rice can be obtain and delicious sake can be obtained by using it. Even if there are 7 sake breweries within 200m and each brewery has almost same ingredients, there are different tastes.
we had more than 56 breweries before 300 years ago ! This is just one thing to introduce about special culture & history. We also have other special thing like this breweries ! So we would like to introduce such a special thing through our many tours in Takayama city.
