If you wish to make amendments to a booking you have already made then you may contact the activity provider via the contacts you have been provided in your booking confirmation.
Please note in some instances an amendment to a booking may not be possible and the booking will need to be cancelled and a new booking made to accommodate the desired changes. This is at the descretion of the activity provider provided there is a variation in the price, time, meeting point, number of participants, activity itself. Any bookings that require cancellation are subject to the activity providers cancellation policy.

Big Adventure Map Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for each activity is set by the activity provider and is visible in the activity information. We encourage our activity providers to adopt our fair approach to their cancellation policy.
If the activity provider has not provided a cancellation policy we revert to the default policy. You are entitled to a full refund of the activity price if cancelled more than 24 hours from the activity start time and date.

Activity Providers Cancellation Policy
The activity providers confirms their own cancellation policy. The activity providers must agree to a full refund if notice has been given within the stated time frame (max 7 days notice, min 24 hours).
It is Big Adventure Map’s final decision regarding refunds. Please get in touch via our Refund Request Form if an automatic refund has not been generated via cancellation of your booking.

Payment Information Guide
At BigAdventureMap.com we have a transparent pricing plan. All activity providers pay a small commission to Big Adventure Map and a small fee booking fee is charged for payment processing.
Refund Requests
You can process your refund in a number of ways. If you have cancelled your activity with your activity provider your refund will be processed automatically. Alternatively you can either fill in the form in the link below or follow the link in your Booking Confirmation Email. Please note that refunds normally take up to 7 days to show in the receiving account.
Refund Terms and Conditions
Each Activity provider must set out clear terms for cancellation of the activity. In most cases you can recieve a full refund up to 24 hours before the activity is due to commence. For further information please refer to the cancellation and refund sections of our Terms and Conditions
Vouchers
We do not use Vouchers at Big Adventure Map therefore if you are offered vouchers or coupons to use on this website there are likely fraudulent and we advise not exchanging money or personal information to any third party or anyone pertaining to be Big Adventure Map. Please contact if this does occur and we will look into this for you.
